Located on a stunning hill, with views of the splendid Umbrian countryside surrounding the Trasimeno Lake, these charming farmhouses offer a tranquil and friendly atmosphere. This building complex is part of a larger property: a big farm of more than 210 ha, equipped with modern technologies and specialising in quality products (wine, oil, cereals and fruits), all of which are available to guests. These completely renovated farmhouses, situated near Trasimeno Lake and surrounded by vast green spaces, are independent, with central heating and a swimming pool. The interior is elegantly decorated and further enhanced by antiques and period furniture to keep the flavour of the old country houses. The agricultural activities are conducted in completely restored farmhouses and in a former convent structure (The Cloister, Il Convento) which, thanks to the high standard of the services, stands out as a great farm holiday offer.

The I Frati farmhouse offers charming private villas, a maximum of 2 apartments with private pool and apartments in the main building with a large swimming pool with whirlpool and enormous garden. The apartments are situated in the area of Lake Trasimeno, just 1 km from the beautiful medieval town of Paciano. It is the ideal place to go sightseeing in the famous and wonderful cities that Umbria and Tuscany offer nearby. On request, the hotel offers babysitting, a tour desk, rental cars and bikes for an additional cost.
